What is Kinesiology/ Neuromuscular Taping?

Neuromuscular Taping Specialist” course is a rehabilitative technique that can be used alone or in conjunction with other treatments and modalities to provide various therapeutic benefits. This course will review the history of neuromuscular taping, current research related to its therapeutic effects, and discuss the contraindications vs. the pathophysiology of conditions that can be treated with this method. Participants will understand the physiological effects of neuromuscular taping and the different qualities that distinguish neuromuscular taping brands from one another.

The lab portion of the course will allow participants to gain extensive hands-on practice to optimize proper application and understand the role of each and every treatment protocol. Participants will demonstrate mastery of over 30 treatment protocols for various conditions at every distinct location on the body.

When and how do I get access to the course modules?
Once you have registered for a course, please allow up to 48 hours for processing before you can access your student dashboard and lecture materials.
When will I receive my Certificate of Completion?
Certificate of Completion will be awarded once you have successfully completed the written exams, attended the in-person lab sessions, and submitted the participant evaluation.

You can expect to receive your certificate within 14 days after all requirements are fulfilled

Recommended Attire
Gym-Style, Comfortable Clothing: Opt for athletic wear that allows for unrestricted movement. This will make it easier to perform and receive hands-on techniques. 

Tops: A lightweight t-shirt or tank top.

Shorts: Wearing shorts is highly encouraged as many techniques involve the legs, knees, and thighs. Shorts make these areas easily accessible for practice.

Layering for Comfort: Consider bringing a sweatshirt or light jacket in case the training room is cool.
