FSMM course teaches how to use, interpret and apply  laboratory tests results to improve athletic performance. It will teach you how to assess if an athlete has significant chronic inflammation. It teaches you how to evaluate an athlete’s mitochondria, immune system, detoxification, hormones and neurotransmitters.

Athletes are able to order many tests themselves after hearing about them in podcasts and from other athletes. The issue with this is that they now have test results that don’t know how to interpret.

This course will leave you able to customize supplementation in terms of timing, dose and duration in healthy individuals. It will also help you accurately predict overreaching/overtraining and adjust training and recovery accordingly.
