This in-person lab course will introduce kinesiology taping techniques used to prevent and rehabilitate sports injuries. Participants will gain hands-on experience in applying kinesiology tape effectively to various body parts, enhancing their understanding of its physiological effects.

Course Objectives

  • Understand the principles and benefits of kinesiology taping.
  • Learn the anatomy and biomechanics relevant to common sports injuries.
  • Master the application techniques for various taping methods.
  • Develop skills to create individualized taping strategies based on injury type and athlete needs.

Inquire options for follow-up workshops or advanced courses for continued skill development.

Pop-up courses are customizable sessions designed primarily to review previously learned techniques and lectures while also introducing additional techniques that were not included in the certification course.

In-Person Lab Session (4.5 hours)

  • Wear comfortable clothing to allow easy access to the body areas being taped.
  • Recommended to clip hair on legs and arms.
  • Limited class size to facilitate hands-on learning and personalized attention.
  • Certification, CEU and manuals are not included.
  • Pop-up course materials are based on our CEU-approved courses.
