Who can attend AQuire courses?
Everyone, unless otherwise specific courses are for licensed clinician or students of AT, DC, DO, LMT, CMT, MD, OT, OTA, PT, PTA, RN.
How important is my knowledge of anatomy when taking a module?
Some modules may not require knowledge of anatomy. We encourage all of our providers to have an excellent working knowledge of anatomy when they decide to take a module.
How do I register for a course?

Is payment required at the time of registration?
Yes, full payment is required to reserve your seat.
What do I need to do to receive CEUs/certification?
To receive CEUs and certification, participants must:
- Attend the full course
- Actively participate in practical sessions
- Pass the written exam with a score of 80% or higher
When will I receive my certification?
Most courses are required to complete the lecture modules, written exam, and attend the in-person lab, and complete the participant evaluation.
Upon completion, You can expect to receive your certificate within 14 days after all requirements have been met.
What if I don't pass the written exam?
You have two attempts included with your course.
If you don’t pass after your second try, you can unlock additional attempts for a $20 fee per retake. A score of 80% or higher is required to pass the exam and receive your certification.
Logistics
When do I get access to the course modules?
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing to gain access to your student dashboard and lecture materials.
What should I wear to the in-person lab course?
Wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing so you can fully participate in the practical components of the course.
Gym-style attire: Choose clothing that allows unrestricted movement for both performing and receiving techniques.
Tops: A lightweight t-shirt or tank top works best.
Bottoms: Shorts are strongly recommended, as many techniques involve access to the legs, knees, and thighs.
Layering: Consider having a sweatshirt or light jacket nearby in case your environment is cool.
Wearing appropriate attire will make it easier to follow along and get the most out of the hands-on aspects of the course.
Are there any participation requirements?
Live, in-person lab is a hands-on course. Participants should be prepared to both perform and receive techniques. If you have an injury or condition that may limit participation, please contact us in advance.
What if I arrive late to the course?
Participants who arrive late or leave early may not be eligible to receive full CEU credit or certification, depending on the amount of content missed.
Can I access the course on multiple devices?
Yes! Our course platform is mobile-friendly and accessible on computers, tablets, and smartphones, so you can study whenever and wherever it’s convenient.
What should I do if I have technical issues? Video not loading…
Try refreshing your browser, clearing your cache, or switching to Chrome or Firefox. If the issue persists, contact support@askaquire.com with your course name and the lesson title.
Recording or distributing course content by the instructor is not permitted. All rights reserved.
You are welcome take videos of yourself and other participants.
Can I take photos during the course?
Yes, photos are welcome.

Cancellations & Refund Policy
We provide full refund when requested 30 days prior to the course date.
Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to course date will be refunded minus $50 cancellation fee. Registrants canceling greater than 30 calendar days of the course may receive a refund full refund.
No refunds 3 weeks prior to course date.
Failure to attend without prior notice (at least 7 days before the course) will result in forfeiture of all fees.
What happens if a course is impacted by weather or emergencies?
If a course is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, venue issues, etc.), registrations will be transferred to a future date or refunded.
Can I transfer my registration to another course or date?
Yes, you can transfer your registration to a different course or a later date.
If you request a transfer at least 21 days before the course start date, you may do so at no additional cost. Transfers made less than 21 days before the start date will incur a $25 transfer fee.
All transferred credits must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date. Please note that if you do not notify us of a transfer or your absence at least 7 days before the course, all funds will be forfeited.
What happens to my registration if AQuire cancels the course date?
If a course is canceled by AQuire, your registration is fully protected. You’ll have the option to transfer to a future course date at no additional cost or receive a full refund. We’ll notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find the best alternative.

Yes! We provide custom on-site training for companies, clinics, sports teams, or classmates at your preferred date and location, with a minimum number of participants.

As a host, you’ll receive two complimentary spots to a course of your choice. In addition, group discount may apply.
AQuire reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, AQuire will issue a full refund of the registration fee, but will not be responsible for any other charges incurred by the registrant due to the cancellation of the course. We reserve the right to alter dates, times, locations, content, and faculty to accommodate unexpected needs. We cannot be responsible for expenses incurred by registrants if the course is cancelled or altered.
