Early registration is highly recommended. Space is limited and registration is accepted on a first come, first served basis. However, you can register up to and including the day of the module at the regular registration rate. However space is limited, therefore cannot guarantee a spot.
Students enrolled who are pursuing their degree in a healthcare field that will become licensed.
This discount will be extended to courses that occur within 3 months of their graduation.
Continuing education requirements are subject to change. The licensee is responsible to review board’s regulations and decide if the seminar is acceptable and applicable for continuing education units/hours. You must be present for the entire duration of the module to receive full credit, there is no partial credit given. See Continuing Education
You will receive a course digital manual in a flash drive and certificate of completion that accompanies the information presented, and any other supplies listed for each module may vary depending on the module. Sometimes, lunch is usually on your own lunch unless noted otherwise. We make every attempt to select facilities that have a restaurant within the property or several nearby for your convenience. Please plan ahead.

The term “Re-FRESHER” is, anyone who has already taken a particular course and would like to retake the course for review. Re-Fresher course included the contact hours and certificate of completion, it it highly recommended.
Healthcare providers that are licensed to work on soft-tissue conditions and injuries, or those pursuing their first degree as a healthcare professional that can become licensed to treat soft-tissue conditions and injuries can take the courses. This includes AT, DC, DO, CMT, LMT, MD, OT, OTA, PT, PTA.
In compliance with CE requirements. AQuire is required to disclose financial or other association with any manufacture, commercial products/supporters. AQuire discloses such association with FibroblasterTM. The instrument options will be used during the course for demonstration and practice purposes and will be offered for purchase. In no way is the sale of the products the primary purpose of this course. The techniques offered during the course are generalized and providers should decide what instrument and treatment is best for each individual patient.
Practitioners must have taken Certified IASTM Provider 1.0 certification and or completed Graston, ASTYM, FAKTR, Hawk Grips, or RockBlades, or Smart Tools training that includes a lab, online course do not qualify. We will consider those adequate for you to register for our Certified IASTM Specialist 2.0 course.
Must have achieved or is a student in your last year working towards one or more of the following credentials: PT, PTA, OT, OTA, MD, RN, DO, DC, AT, LMT, and CMT.
Pass written exam with 80% or higher.
Pass practical lab exam.

AQuire requires our providers to take course once every 24 months to maintain their status as an Certified IASTM Specialist 2.0. We ask this of our providers so that we know they are staying current on their practice with our courses and at the top of their game. When we refer a patient to a certified IASTM 2.0 Specialist, we can feel comfortable knowing that they have received the proper training. One course must be taken every 24 months. This course will maintain your certification in all previous courses.
The Online website Expert Practitioner Listing is a voluntary listing and the fee is included with Certified IASTM Specialist 2.0 certification. Please contact us to set up your Online Practitioner listing. This is a great way to advertise that you are a Certified IASTM 2.0 Specialist.

We provide full refund when requested 30 days prior to the course date.
Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to course date will be refunded minus $100 cancellation fee. Registrants canceling greater than 30 calendar days of the course may receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee.

If you would like to transfer your module fees to a different module or same module on a later date, you are able to do so without penalty 21 days before the module start date.
If you would like to transfer to a different course less than 21 days before the course start date, a $25 transfer fee will apply. You have 12 months from the purchase date to use your credit. Registrants who do not notify us of transfer or of their absence within the allotted 7 days will forfeit all funds.
AQuire reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, AQuire will issue a full refund of the registration fee, but will not be responsible for any other charges incurred by the registrant due to the cancellation of the course. We reserve the right to alter dates, times, locations, content, and faculty to accommodate unexpected needs. We cannot be responsible for expenses incurred by registrants if the course is cancelled or altered.
