IASTM Treatment Technique for Golfer’s Elbow
Golfer’s elbow is pathological condition resulting from myotendinous injury to the common flexor tendon of the medial elbow. Golfer’s elbow can result in significant pain, soreness or tightness with use of the involved arm. Golfer’s Elbow is commonly treated with IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) to remove aberrant scar tissue formation and promote healing.
